• Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
• The return process will be completed online within 4-5 business days.
• While we want you to love your purchase, we also understand that there are times when it may need to be exchanged or returned. Not to worry! Returns and exchanges are possible within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• There may be circumstances beyond our control in which you receive this information.
• Defective product
• Item that you did not actually order.
• Within a week of receiving your purchase, you can return it for a replacement and we will do our best to make it right. Any claims submitted after the allotted 24 hours will not be accepted.
RETURN TERMS
Depending on the product type and category, the return process may be limited. If you receive a damaged or defective product within 24 hours of delivery, please contact us but the items/products must be NEW. Items must be returned with all original price tags, labels and invoices, and in the original packaging.
